A new life’s wave started after graduating from Kyiv National Economic University with MBA (equivalent) in 1998.
I worked as an Expert, Senior Expert in International Economic Affairs and a Deputy Director for the national Government in a developing economy in Eastern Europe (Ministry of Economy/Ministry of Industrial Policy), the strategic starting point of my career. Through the six years I worked and developed there, I learned a lot serving for the government, medium and large business (public and private), and working with international organizations in Ukraine and abroad.
My further work at Philip Morris Ukraine and Magisters LLC gave me a strong foundation in international corporations and business to business services for my professional and personal development.
This year I have graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia with a Master’s degree in Institutional Administration & Policy Analysis and obtained certifications in Prince2 Project Management and G4 GRI Sustainable Reporting Standards. These days I am working with the Office of International & Intercultural Initiatives at the University of Missouri. I serve as a grant & partnership specialist for development projects both in the United States and abroad.
My current professional interests are development programme and project management, partnership management, economic cooperation and trade, sustainability, working in a team, working using my conceptual and analytical skills, problem solving skills, analyzing databases, and negotiating.
